  • About:

Training course Be Active - Be Employed took part in Vienna, Austria from 8 May to 15 May 2015 and involved 24 participants from Armenia, Austria, Croatia, Georgia, Poland and Spain. It reflected on the current situation of youth unemployment, one of the biggest challenges in contemporary Europe to be resolved.  The training course was designed in a way to motivate young people to be active in the public, social and political life of their community, thus trying to make it better.  It also allowed participants to develop competences to take a step towards the inclusive growth by investigating and empowering these competences through a personal action plan to be realized in everyday life and increase their chances to become employable. The final video that participants did allowed them to show that it is important to be self-aware and to follow your dreams and ideas. They wanted to say that they have learned the value of diversity, active participation and are ready to challenge the future regardless of the prejudices and obstacles in the society because dreams do come true if you believe in them and work on them!
