    Training course "Organisational Management" took part in Aghveran, Armenia from 29 August unill 7 September 2015 and involved 24 participants from Armenia, Austria, Georgia, Poland, Spain and Turkey. Coordinating institution was Progressum from Austria while the host organization was Youth for Exchange and Cooperation from Armenia. The aim was to train and empower youth workers, youth leaders and multipliers in order to develop competences to manage youth organizations with a focus on voluntary service as well as to contribute to sustainable and developed participation of young people. The main objectives include raising participants’ awareness about organizational management principles and mechanisms and understanding of their working environment and conditions; as well as working on strategic development of the organizations and other managerial tools and addressing participant competences in managing their organization; sharing organizational experiences and models in different organizations represented by exploring the issue of organizational cultures; developing skills in project planning and facilitation skills; providing an opportunity for participants to design a youth participation project in order to implement a follow-up of this training course; and to introduce a series of resources and funding opportunities that can be useful for bringing participants’ project ideas to reality, namely through Erasmus+ programme.
