    Inclusive Growth for Inclusive Society training course gathered 22 youth workers and multipliers willing to raise awareness of the value and importance of volunteering as a form of active engagement and as a tool to combat poverty, marginalization, hate motivated violence, racism, discrimination and social exclusion from the perspective of youth in different countries (Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Croatia, Georgia, Italy and Turkey). Participants had the opportunity to present their personal, professional and cultural backgrounds, share experiences about volunteering and develop ideas as how to transfer their experiences to their everyday work with young people. It took place in Vienna, Austria from 25 May to 2 June 2014.
